Twitter CEO Elon Musk, concerned about his declining popularity, urged employees on an urgent basis to design a method to increase the reach of his tweets on the microblogging site, according to a source. James Musk, Elon Musk’s cousin, sent out a company-wide message at 2 a.m. to notify developers of an “issue with engagement.”

On the one hand, whilst Biden’s tweet earned 29 million impressions, Musk’s message (which has since been deleted) received only 9.1 million impressions. Following the incident, Musk issued an ultimatum to his engineers: either increase the interaction on his tweets or be fired.

Yet, the CEO of Twitter has refuted the article’s assertions. He also stated that the source of the Platformer piece was a dissatisfied employee and that the corporation will pursue legal action against the former employee.
