Rockwall police detained the actor Mitchel Musso who is most known for his work on the popular Disney Channel series “Hannah Montana” on Saturday.
At at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, someone called the Rockwall Police Department to report a disturbance at a hotel in the 2600 Block of Lakefront Trail.

When the police arrived, they made contact with the complainant, who said that a person who appeared to be intoxicated had entered the hotel and was eating a bag of chips.
He became hostile when asked to pay for them and walked away without doing so. He was recognized when officers came into contact with him outside the hotel.

The Object Musso Attempting To Steal Was Worth Less Than $100
In addition to other allegations, police detained Mitchel Musso, 32, for public intoxication and stealing. According to jail documents, the object Musso is suspected of attempting to steal was worth less than $100. His bond was set at $1,000 in total for the theft and public intoxication offenses.
Mitchel Musso, known for playing Oliver Oken on “Hannah Montana,” was arrested in Rockwall, Texas, for public intoxication, theft, expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and violating a promise to appear notice.

His additional offenses carried a bond of around $1,080. The Rockwall Police Department had issued several traffic warrants against the former Disney star.
About 23 miles northeast of Dallas’s city center sits Rockwall. It is unknown if Musso has a lawyer despite records indicating that he was released on bond on Sunday.
