HOUSTON (CW39) Authorities in La Porte, Indiana, claim that a guy from Indiana had communication with a 15-year-old girl who was not related to him for a period that lasted almost five years. A suspected se*ual predator of children was allegedly pursuing her, according to the La Porte Police Department.
On March 27, the La Porte Police Department opened an investigation into the Online Solicitation of a Child for se*ual intercourse. The inquiry aims to determine whether or not a child was solicited online for se*ual activity.
According to the findings of the inquiry, a young woman of 15 years of age had been in contact with Ryan Alexander Steele, 25 years of age, for over five years. Steele and the youngster first became acquainted with one another through the medium of an online gaming website.

According to the police, Steele made the trip from Fort Wayne, Indiana, all the way to La Porte in an effort to meet the teenager there. Steele was apprehended by investigators from the La Porte Police Department, the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children’s Task Force, and Federal Homeland Security Agents in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
As a result of their combined efforts, Steele was charged with the federal offenses of Online Solicitation of a Child and Attempted Se*ual Assault of a Child. He was arrested in federal court.

Additionally, new charges have been brought against Steele by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
